This event is part of the UnionsACT Women's Committee 16 Days of Activism and Anna Stewart Memorial Project Series. Register to receive the zoom link or attend in person. Attend at least three of the four public Anna Stewart events to receive a UnionsACT Certificate for Participation in the program. Part of this event will be recorded and livestreamed.
You are invited to the Graduation Ceremony of the Anna Stewart Memorial Internship, organised by We Are Union Women.

The Anna Stewart Memorial Internship is a two-week paid internship with the Canberra union movement for three women or non-binary folk, inspired by the legacy of feminist and dedicated unionist Anna Stewart. The aim of the internship is to empower young union feminists and teach skills in union campaigning and organising.
The interns will make a presentation at the Graduation Ceremony about the gendered impacts of Covid on workers, drawing on survey data gathered in Canberra by UnionsACT and nationally by the ACTU. A report drawing on these reports will be circulated thereafter.
