Description

This class will give you a glimpse into Animal Flow® in a non-intimidating environment. See some of the flows in action and explore some moves yourself! If you are curious about this amazing fitness program and considering the Animal Flow® Beginners Course, this is the perfect class to try. Suitable to everyone with a sense of adventure wanting to be amazingly fit.

Animal Flow® is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout. By reconnecting to their bodies through movement training, Animal Flow® enthusiasts gain a better understanding of their bodies while enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication. Animal Flow® includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results.

In the event of a single session cancellation by Flexagility, you will be able to reserve a place in a rescheduled class of the same type.
Non attendance for any reason will deem the session forfeited.
No transfer of class sessions to another participant.
Sessions purchased cannot be applied to a different type of class or course.
Expiry for single workshops occur on the scheduled date.
Each participant will be required to accept a waiver in person prior to attending class/classes.
Minimum age 16 years.

FAQs

What levels of fitness does this course cater to?

The ability to move around on the floor and between standing positions and floor positions, safely and independently, is a prerequisite for all classes.Beginners to advanced partcipants are welcome.
