Practical intro to longitudinal data analysis, linear mixed models in R, data interpretation and visualisation. Knowledge of R is required.

About this Event

This workshop is relevant to biologists, students and generally any researcher who is dealing with longitudinal data and who want to understand how to analyse them. The workshop is relevant for all disciplines, although examples and exercises will focus on biological datasets. Prior knowledge of R is mandatory as the basics of R will not be covered. Participants are expected to be familiar with the concepts of statistical hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
