An Ode to Outremer: Poetry of the Crusades

Long ago in the Holy Land the castles of the crusader states stood tall, these states were called Outremer. These castles have long since crumbled from war and neglect but their history and the people who made them remain.

You're invited to an online event where we will explore the lands of Outremer through classical poetry. We'll bring to life King Baldwin IV the Leper, the First Crusade, prominent figures of the times including Richard the Lionheart and some of the battles.

After the poetry we will conclude with a Q and A with the poet.
