Event description

We introverts need to do things differently to influence others to act.

Confrontation doesn't come easily, we don't like to draw attention to ourselves and we don't necessarily want to take a lead on things.

Thankfully techniques from behavioural science can help us anticipate, analyse and overcome resistance from others, making us more effective in meetings, in dealing with stakeholder politics and in getting stuff done.

In this session with Bri Williams, one of Australia's leading behavioural specialists, you'll learn:
> How to use your strengths to influence others
> How to circumvent your 'weaknesses' by using behavioural science
> The three common barriers you'll need to address to get people to act

If you've ever sat on an idea, been annoyed that squeaky (or superficial) wheels get the love, and lamented life in an organisation, then this is the session for you. I've lived it and never want any like minded introvert to suffer it again!

How to join the webinar

Ticket holders will be emailed a link to the webinar a few days prior. We'll be using a super-easy web conference software called Zoom, so you can join via PC or Mac, desktop, mobile or tablet, iOS or Android.

When you'll receive the recording

Can't join live or want to watch the session over and over again? Order a recording and you'll receive your copy within 24 hours of the session.
