An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation 4-week course. Each class is one hour, once per week. This course is practical, non-religious and designed for beginners. The course includes

Jo Flynn is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Therapist who has spent 20 years delivering frameworks and methodologies to instil self-mastery in work and life.
