An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation 4-week course. Each class is one hour, once per week. This course is practical, non-religious and designed for beginners. The course includes

YOUR FACILITATOR IS SARAH COLLIN

Sarah has a vision to awaken the hearts of humanity. She challenges people to know themselves by offering creative, joyful paths to wellness.

Sarah has spent over twenty years consciously making a difference in the lives of others. She walks her talk, lives her values and believes in the power of mindfulness to bring you back to the present moment, and to the benefits of pausing and taking a breath before your next step forward.

Sarah founded her wellness business, High Aspirations, in 2005. She has many years of experience in business, community services, women’s health, and training and development. She brings a wealth of life experience to her teaching including her love of nature.

Sarah is a specialist in energy management with many years’ experience in teaching reiki, yoga, meditation, and transformational life coaching, all underpinned with the practice of mindfulness.
