Description

What is cheese? How is it made? What's the difference between brie and camembert? What is the blue in blue cheese? What's the story with raw milk cheese? What is that smell?!

If you've ever wondered about any of the above - or more besides - this is a great workshop for you. Over an hour and a half I'll take you through some cheese background, run through the different styles, offer simple tips on purchase and storage and more. I'll also happily answer any questions you might have.

As we go we'll try a few different cheeses to illustrate and you can even BYO wine (or beer or cider if you prefer). Feel free to contact me for some thoughts on what might go well with what we're tasting.

Tickets are limited so register early to avoid sadness. I look forward to talking cheese with you!
