The practice of mindfulness has been transformational in Paul's life, helping him find a deep sense of inner peace.  After a personal meditation and mindfulness practice spanning nearly 10 years, he decided to share his insights and experience through teaching. Paul has studied a range of meditation practices in Australia and overseas, learning from some of the world’s most respected teachers.

Paul has specialised training in mindful self-compassion, and the use of body-sensing techniques to achieve deep relaxation, and to reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression.

Paul is also trained in working with people who have experienced trauma, and helping people to manage challenging thoughts and emotions.
