Event description

Description

With Caren Florance, University of Canberra.

In 1977, Udo Sellbach became director of the Canberra School of Art. Within a few years, he had established the Graphic Investigation Workshop, a Bauhaus-modelled school, with Petr Herel as its head. Under Herel’s leadership, the perfect conditions were engendered for the creative approach to bookmaking.
