An Evening with Sharon Pearson: The Future of Coaching

Victoria Coach and Connect for December is special and not just because it is the last one for 2020. Even more importantly we have the one and only Sharon Pearson as our guest speaker.

For anyone interested in their future success in life and business, this is an event not to be missed.

Sharon is an award-winning entrepreneur, one of the world’s most successful life coaches, and the driving force behind global school The Coaching Institute (TCI), so she’s perfectly placed to discuss this important topic: in an unregulated and fast-growing industry, what is the future of coaching?

Since Sharon started TCI in Melbourne in 2004, she has become an inspirational touchstone to both people with self-doubt and those of influence seeking to be the best they can be. Sharon built TCI on her guiding values of wisdom, love, irreverence and determination.

Sharon redefined the coaching training space in 2004 when she wrote the first nationally accredited Diploma of Life Coaching and later released the first research-based coaching methodology, Meta Dynamics™.

When Sharon wrote and launched the Ultimate You Quest empowerment program through TCI, her influence expanded into 81 countries.

She’s written seven bestsellers including 2019’s Ultimate You, advises being generous if you want to get ahead in business, never hands out business cards (you can ask her why later), and is a fitness maven who dedicates at least an hour a day to education. She’s been married for 27 years to businessman husband JP and is someone who owns her own mistakes and that she doesn’t have all the answers. She is flawed, opinionated, doesn’t do BS, and does do helping people.
