Event description
Join Australians Studying Abroad to celebrate the Jane Austen Society of Australia turning 30.

About this Event

Be entertained by Adrian Lukis, the actor who so memorably played Mr Wickham in the BBC 1995 Pride and Prejudice.

Adrian will act out scenes from Jane Austen’s novels with Susannah Fullerton, President of the Jane Austen Society, Australia (who has several years dramatic training) in a performance lasting about 60 minutes. This will be followed by light refreshments, and the chance to chat with Adrian and Susannah.

Adrian has appeared in many well-known TV series and films – Chandler & Co, Peak Practice, The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes, Grantchester, Silent Witness, Death in Paradise and Toast of London, to name just a few.

TIME: 1.45pm for 2.00pm performance start and event finishes at 4.30pm

This celebratory afternoon includes the 60-minute dramatic event, light refreshments, and the opportunity to talk to Adrian Lukis. Possibly even a photograph!
