An ADF families event: Meet your local DCO team, Darwin

About this Event
NOTE: This event is only for Australian Defence Force members and their families.
ADF members and families, if you’ve recently moved to the Top End join us for a day out at Crocosaurus Cove. Take the opportunity to get to know our local team and meet other Defence families.
Be sure to register by 13 January 2021.

Parking: Pay and display parking is available in the CBD, paid parking is also available at the Mitchell Centre, Knuckey Street Chinatown Carpark, Smith Street and Cavenagh Street.
We may take photos at this event for use on our social media channels, on our website, or in one of our publications. Please let DCO staff know at the event if you do not consent.
In line with government regulations and our COVID Safe Plan, tickets for this event will be limited to ensure we practice safe social distancing.
When registering for a ticket, please get one for each person attending (including each child) and provide your contact details (mobile number and home address). In the event of a local COVID-19 outbreak or a positive COVID-19 test result of a person you may have been in contact with, if directed by the Department of Health, your contact details will be provided for contact tracing.
If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day (fever/chills/cough/fatigue), please stay at home. If you display flu-like symptoms at the event, our staff will kindly ask you to return home and seek medical advice.
Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser will be available at the event. Attendees are asked to make use of the hygiene measures available on arrival at the event and again when departing. Please practice physical distancing by keeping 1.5 metres between you and a person not known to you.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the Northern Territory Government has implemented a staged lifting of restrictions.
The recommencement of events and public gatherings is founded upon physical distancing and hygiene principles to protect the community from the spread of COVID-19. As DCO NT are following the NT Government Covid-19 restrictions/regulations please remember to check the SecureNT website for current restrictions/regulations @ https://coronavirus.nt.gov.au/
· While we can’t wait to see everyone, we will have limited numbers, maintain social distance and have to make sure all attendees are registered as required by the NT Government. (check SecureNT website: https://coronavirus.nt.gov.au/ for updated restrictions and requirements)
· Those in high-risk groups are encouraged to engage with us online for now instead.
· BYO drink bottle and anything else you might need as it’s not safe to share equipment just yet.
· Even if it’s on the day, please cancel your tickets if you have a fever or are feeling unwell at all. The wellbeing of our ADF families and our team is our top priority.

When registering, ensure your email address is accurate as you will receive a booking confirmation and further information via email.
You may be asked to show your ticket so please bring either a printout or electronic copy.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket/s.
If the event is booked out there is a wait list available. In this situation, an option to join the wait list will show automatically on the registration page of fully booked events. If you’d like to register on the wait list, complete the ‘Contact Information’ form for every person who requires a ticket. For example, if three family members require a ticket you should complete the ‘Contact Information’ form three times, once each for those three people.
