ADF families in Amberley and Ipswich are invited to join us for an end of year coffee and cake on 26 November at 9.30am. Partners, children or parents of ADF members are welcome to attend.

We'll meet at Queens Park Café and reflect on the year just gone. While it has been a challenging 12 months, this is an opportunity to connect with others over coffee and cake, as we farewell 2020 and those who are relocating. Your first coffee and slice of cake is on us!

Registrations will close on 24 November 2020, unless the event is fully booked earlier. When you arrive at the event you will be asked to show your ticket (either printed or electronic).

In line with government regulations and our COVID Safe Plan, tickets for this event will be limited to ensure we practice safe social distancing.

When registering for a ticket, please get one for each person attending (including each child) and provide your contact details (mobile number and home address). In the event of a local COVID-19 outbreak or a positive COVID-19 test result of a person you may have been in contact with, if directed by the Department of Health, your contact details will be provided for contact tracing.

If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day (fever/chills/cough/fatigue), please stay at home. If you display flu-like symptoms at the event, our staff will kindly ask you to return home and seek medical advice.

All attendees are to be self-sufficient with hygiene resources (hand sanitiser, baby wipes, and water bottles).
