Career success today isn’t just about what you know. Much depends on who you know and how you influence. To cut through the noise, be noticed and make progress you need to move beyond a technical approach to your role. It requires having the skills to motivate change, influence stakeholders and negotiate decisions.

In this workshop, you will be given new insights and ideas to help build your ability to influence:

- Be introduced to the 8 key things influential people do differently
- Discover how success starts from the inside out
- Understand the criticality of consciously building your brand
- Walk away with key insights to further step up your career success
