Alliance Partner Participation during Learn & Knowledge - Melbourne
Thu, March 23, 2017, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM AEDT
PARTICIPATION AT THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO GS1 AUSTRALIA ALLIANCE PARTNERS (TECHNOLOGY AND ASSOCIATED GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDERS)
The Learn and Knowledge sessions offer the opportunity to our GS1 Alliance Partner community to present their products and services to our members who are attending these training sessions. There are several opportunities to do so:
1 - Full day participation as trainee: Alliance Partners are encouraged to attend the full day Learn and Knowledge class in order to further consolidate the theoretical and practical aspects of the GS1 system. Places are limited and bookings can be made here:
Please use Ticket Type: Alliance Partner Full Day Training
For the following levels of engagement and participation, prior approval must be given in advance by Miss Joseli Munive, Manager Alliances and ICT Industry on 02 9695 2217 or email: email@example.com
2 - Elevator Pitch: Immediately before lunch, our Alliance Partners are invited to present to our attending members a typical 'elevator pitch' of their products and services. By registering your attendance here, you are given the opportunity to claim one of the limited spots available for your up to 2 minute introduction. Limit 1 person per company, maximum total 4 Alliance Partner companies.
3 - Lunchtime Expo: members of our Alliance Partner community are offered expo style space for demonstrating equipment (hardware, software and consumables) on tables in the area where the lunch is served to the attending members. This provides a great opportunity to engage with these businesses and have the time to showcase your products. Limit 1 table per company, maximum total 3 Alliance Partner companies.
4 - Mini Case Study: Immediately after lunch, Alliance Partners can pre-book a maximum 5 minute presentation on a case study or success story that will give our attending members a better insight into the implementation of GS1 related technologies in industry. Limit 1 Alliance Partner.
5 - Observers: In some instances Alliance Partner companies may wish to have a staff member attend on an observer status only. In this case the observer has no formal role in the training event but can act an emergency substitute, if a colleague, from the same organisation, is unable to perform any of the tasks that they have booked in categories 1 to 4 above. Limit 1 person per company, maximum total 2 Alliance Partner companies.
Lunchtime is typically scheduled at a suitable break anytime between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm and it extends for 30 minutes. Catering is provided.
Please note that all options listed above may not always be available. Our Learn and Knowledge sessions are conducted nationally in locations that are often externally hired venues, where time or space limitations may impact our availability to offer you all options, all the time.
