Description

Today one of Sydney’s leading Pastry Chef’s, Tiffany Jones will be taking time out of her busy schedule at Lotus Dining to share her passion and knowledge of All Things Chocolate. You will prepare an array of chocolate delicacies and learn the techniques required to successfully use premium chocolate.

- Tempering chocolate
- Truffle Making
- Using chocolate to make a decadent dessert

This 5-hour course includes lunch and refreshments
