We are excited to welcome you to attend the All for You retail workshop which has been designed for all OPSM team members. This is a highly interactive and experiential program where you will have the opportunity to learn and practice the core behaviours and interpersonal skills to elevate the All for You experience in stores. This 1 day program will focus on developing your skills in three core areas – Connecting with your customer, Exploring your customers needs and Exceeding your customers expectations.. These core behaviours, together with the All for You process and tools will help you to continue to deliver an amazing customer focused experience that drives brand advocacy. The program will be co-facilitated by an OPSM Learning Manager and an external Actor to ensure you are continuously energized, challenged and refreshed.
