From gun-toting camels to decoy sheep, archivists’ kittens to dogs at war, wasps in the post to lighthouse carrier pigeons … the collections of the National Archives and State Records of South Australia are alive with animals, sometimes in the most unexpected places. Join us for morning tea and find out more about the role these animals played in the history of the state and nation.
