Exercise Physiologist Dylan Kvas-Rothwell will be filling everybody in on how movement restrictions and imbalances are acquired in the human body and shows you how this can affect your performance and pain in so many ways.
You will understand the concepts of up and downstream effects, referred pain, how children can be affected by the same imbalances and how to excel in your sport no matter what your mode of choice.
