Description

The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) invites you to the launch of the Alcohol Harm in Emergency Departments 2014 Survey results.

ACEM surveyed over 2000 clinicians about their experiences of alcohol-affected patients in emergency departments. This is the largest survey of its kind to be undertaken in Australia and New Zealand. The survey results confirm that alcohol has a serious impact on staff and other patients. Join us to get a first-hand glimpse of the survey findings, and hear the reality of alcohol harm in our emergency departments from the clinicians who deal with it on a daily basis.
