Alcohol and Other Drugs: Free Community Information (MYRTLEFORD)

Paul McIntyre will deliver the training and is a senior practitioner with the Centre for Youth AOD Practice Development YSAS Pty Ltd, working in the youth alcohol and other drugs sector since 2003. He has more than 10 years direct practice experience supporting young people with problematic substance use and related issues.
The training will provide participants with the opportunity to understand why young people use drugs, how they are using them, and how to reduce harms and engage in constructive conversations around drug use.
This session forms part of an initiative to support community and is free to registered Adult Allies and Community/Group Members. Additional tickets are available to businesses and service providers at a discounted cost of $30 (+GST) per head to encourage community resilience and youth engagement.
