BIOGRAPHY OF ALAIN PASSARD
1980-1986 THE EARLY STAGES
The Chef started his career at the Duc d’Enghien at the Casino of Enghien.
He obtained one Michelin star, then a second.
He then received two Michelin stars at the Carlton in Brussels, Belgium.
1986-1995 STARS
Opening of Arpège restaurant. One Michelin star in 1987.
The second Michelin star in 1988.
19/20 in the Gault Millau Guide in 1990.
1996-2016
Recognizing the culmination of his work, Michelin Guide awards Alain Passard with three stars.
Chef Passard gives priority to legumes in his restaurant in 2001.
Three Michelin Stars for 20 consecutive years in 2016.
