Simon Ractliffe, the Head of CyberSecurity for Singtel and Optus Business, is a cybersecurity business leader with expertise in intelligence driven information, and information infrastructure security services. Simon leads the Singtel Optus’ CyberSecurity organisation with accountability for business operations, service delivery, products, sales and marketing.

Singtel and Optus Business provide a wide range of cybersecurity solutions to support enterprise and government customers optimise resources to best address security concerns associated with core business imperatives so that they can focus on delivering their digital experience, innovation and transformation objectives.

Simon, an honours graduate in Business and Economics from Thames Valley University London, has thirty years’ experience in the IT infrastructure market with roles including General Management and Directorships, with Dell SecureWorks, IBM Internet Security Systems, Director Europe Middle East and Africa for a global network infrastructure provider and consulting CEO/GM for early-stage, start-up and transformation businesses.
