AIBN R U OK Day

Please join us for the 2022 AIBN R U OK Day where we will hear from Dr Dunay Schmulian who will speak about real-life strategies on how to relate well to your work. This includes looking more broadly at the concept of notion of work/life balance, internally on how to harness the voice of our own inner critic and also how to be aware of, and identify early signs of burnout.
