Our AI Accelerator is a comprehensive 6-week AI fluency and development program designed specifically for people working in digital and tech roles who want to use AI to work more effectively, ethically and in turn speak with authority on how AI can be applied in your workplace. The program combines foundational AI literacy with practical, hands-on skills development, culminating in participants building and presenting their own AI assistant capable of autonomous task execution.

The curriculum is structured around Ai Her Way’s proven AI Maturity Framework, moving participants through five progressive stages from foundational understanding to implementing agentic AI solutions. This approach ensures participants don’t just learn about AI - they leave with tangible skills, a working AI agent, and the strategic frameworks to identify and implement use cases within their organisations.

Delivery Format

Live Sessions:

• Six weekly 1-hour live sessions via Webex from 12:00pm AEST
• Interactive format with live demonstrations, Q&A, and participant showcases
• Recordings provided within 24 hours for members unable to attend live

Community Support:

• Dedicated Slack channel for peer connection and collaboration
• Access to an Ai Her Way Automations Technician for technical troubleshooting
• Weekly “homework” assignments with clear milestones
• Optional virtual co-working sessions for participants in the same city

Post-Program Access:

• All session recordings are available through WID members portal (available to Women in Digital Members only)
• Curriculum materials and frameworks (PDF downloads)
• Templates and starter prompts for common use cases

About the Facilitator

Dr Nici Sweaney is the Founder and CEO of Ai Her Way, an Australian AI consultancy and education company specialising in ethical AI implementation for purpose-driven organisations. Recognised by Microsoft News as one of the “Top 10 Trailblazing Entrepreneurs in AI to Follow in 2024” (the only Australian on the list), and Winner of Female AI Leader of the Year 2025 (Australian AI Awards), Nici brings nearly two decades of academic experience as a data scientist and gender equality researcher.

Nici’s approach bridges the gap between overly cautious AI governance messaging and the “deploy everywhere” mentality. Drawing from her background in data science and gender equality research, she teaches practical AI implementation whilst maintaining rigorous ethical standards. Her methodology ensures marginalised groups - particularly women - can leverage AI to scale their ideas, save time, and take up space without perpetuating harmful biases or patterns.
