Take part in this week-long event in the Albury and Wodonga areas - Bring your children; bring your grandchildren; bring your grandparents!

All historic vehicles are welcome and encouraged to attend and there are routes to suit vehicles of all eras.

Historic Motorcycles groups are encouraged to participate with considerable commitment already received. The historic bikes will travel the same routes as the cars, though travelling in the opposite direction or on different days to increase safety to all. Historic Tractors will also be taking part in our Public Display at Gateway Lakes.

A public display, viewing of Historic local Army and Immigrant facilities are also Highlights Entrants will have the opportunity to enjoy.

Participants will be encouraged to travel to Albury-Wodonga from all States and Territories in a manner which will make this Event a worthy demonstration to the public and to State and Federal Governments that the Australian Motoring Enthusiast has preserved Australian Motoring History for themselves and all Australians and, in doing so, has supported and continues to support the Australian Economy on many levels.



This event is open to Veteran, Vintage and historic vehicles, more than 25 years old. Historic caravans, commercial vehicles are encouraged to participate. Cut-off date – vehicles manufactured on or before 28th April 1995

This event does not cater for Hot Rods, Street rods and highly modified vehicles as they are represented by their own organisations.

The daily tours will be split up into 4 or 8 groups with all vehicles driving the same routes, though on different days. For the enjoyment of all, the groups will be split so Veteran and not driving with later model vehicles. Also, for safety, motorcycles will not be driving with the cars.

Correspondence - All correspondence will be via email. (There will be no postage)

Registration and Entry - Registration to this event, meals and functions will be via internet on the AHMF website ( AHMF 2020 National Motoring Festival section under construction)

Receipts - Receipts will be emailed.

Name badges and Pre-paid Regalia - Name badges, regalia, etc will be collected at Check-in Saturday 28th March 2020.



COST FOR EVENT

Registration $ 50.00 per vehicle

Adult $100.00 per adult

Children no charge - Children 0 to 2 years

$ 30.00 per child - 3 to 13 years

$ 50.00 per child - 14 to 17 years

NOTE - Children will be served the same meals as adults, though children 13 years and under may receive smaller serves.

The minimun included will be....

Registration - Souvenir Tour booklet, Membership to SS&A Club Albury, Registration costs; trophies & prizes,

Adult / Child -Welcome evening; Open day; Happy Hour & canapes Monday and Tuesday, Pizza Oven Evening; Live Band at SS&A Club Thursday, Farewell evening.

NOTE - We are woking on obtaining more sponsorship and, depending on the leven received, we may add more to the "included: list.

This registers you for the event only - meals are to be paid in addition to the $50.00 per vehicle cost.

Saturday 28th March

11:00am - 3.00pm Sign-in, collect Tour Booklet, Rally Bag & Regalia - at SS&A Club, Albury

6:30pm to 10:00pm Welcome Evening & Official Opening - at QE11 Square, 525 Swift Street, Albury
  • Event officially opened on behalf of AHMF
  • Entrants welcomed
  • Drinks are available for purchase

Sunday 29th March

10:00am - 3.00pm Family Open Day (open to the public) - at Gateway Lakes, Lincoln Causeway, Wodonga
  • 1,000+ Historic Vehicles on Display – Veteran, Vintage, Historic & Classic
  • Tractors, Stationary Machinery
  • Historic motorcycles
  • Historic Caravans
  • Trader village with trade displays
  • Local trade sites
  • Market and food stalls, Craft Market, Vintage clothing
  • Children’s Activities
  • Feature display - Robert Shannon Foundation & grant recipients' vehicles

10:00am - 1:00pm Sign-in, collect Rally Bag & Regalia (For late arrivals) - at AHMF Marquee, Gateway Lakes, Wodonga

8:30am - 9:30am Rolling start from SS&A Club Portico Touring Options – 4 groups / routes (Split groups into ½ where required) Where required, morning tea & lunch packs are collected from SS&A Club

5:00pm to 6:00pm Happy Hour - at SS&A Club, Studio Bar
  • Canapés will be provided (purchase drinks at bar prices)

Tuesday 31st March

  • Men are welcome to attend
5:30pm to 7:30pm The Oven - Wood fired pizza - at Hovell Tree Park Albury
  • BYO Drinks

Thursday 2nd April
