About the Presenters:

Liz Hanson is the Client Director at Athlete Assessments, an international consulting company specialising in the 'people side of sport'. For over eight years, Liz has been a faculty member of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy in the US, teaching at three programs per year over this time. In addition, she teaches at the Japanese Women Coaches Academy that was established three years ago. A long-time advocate of girls and women’s sport, her passion for leadership development of women started over twenty years ago. Prior to Athlete Assessments, Liz ran a national women’s leadership company for five years which remains the largest of its kind in Australia, after a successful corporate career in banking and finance.

Kim Howard is the team manager of the premiership winning Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team. Kim Howard is a true leader in women's sport. From being a an international level basketballer and provincial netball and softball player in her competitive career, she has an exemplary record in both the coaching ranks in all age groups and sports administration. Now holding a dual role as the Lightning Team Manager and Director of the largest private netball academy on the Sunshine Coast, she continues to make a significant contribution to girls and women's sport across all levels. Originally from NZ, however has called the Sunshine Coast home for the past 9 years.
