OUTLINE

A one day session where participants are exposed to the Agile framework, Agile practices and an overview of Scrum theory. The Agile Bootcamp course is intended for individuals who are currently members of a Scrum Team. The course is a mixture of classroom style facilitated training with some practical examples. On completion participants will have a better understanding of the Agile environment and Scrum in particular.
