Workshop 2 – Applied Costing and Pricing Techniques
This second round of workshops will be tailored specifically to CFOs and other finance staff and will be open to CEOs.
Prior to this round of workshops, participants would be asked to populate the financial modelling tools.
These tools would then be explored during the workshop to demonstrate how this data can be used to identify financial performance levers and translated and applied to strategic planning processes and decision-making.
