Aged Care Navigation: Information Session (Online)

Are you -

• a person who is aged 65+ (50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and is providing care for someone, or
• a person who is providing care for someone who is aged?

Meet our Aged Care Navigator, Janey, who will discuss the recent changes to My Aged Care and how we can support you to better understand the aged care system and engage with aged care supports and services.

Please note: This event is open to Australian residents living in Queensland or South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
