Join us for a free presentation about the changes to Aged Care, and learn how to access help to live independently and age well.

This session will be presented by North Ryde Community Aid. There will be time for questions and attendees can meet with local service providers to find out more about the services they offer.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Older people
• Carers of Older People
• Adult children and other family members of older people

All welcome.

Tea and coffee will be provided.
