AFTRS Postgraduate Information Evening is your chance to discover how AFTRS Master of Arts Screen (offered in 10 Disciplines), Master of Arts Screen: Business and Leadership and Graduate Diploma in Radio are designed to nurture the next generation of visionary screen and broadcast storytellers who can work at the highest level of the screen and radio industries.

Experience AFTRS uniquely forward-looking approach to practice-based learning and hear about the courses from the Heads of Department who teach them and alumni who have used them to launch their careers. You’ll also have the opportunity to see examples of student work, put your questions to our tutors and get tips on your application.

Want to know more but can’t make it? No problem. Key panel sessions will be live streamed to Facebook on the night.

Join course leaders in the main theatre to learn more about Master of Art Screen, Master of Art Screen: Business & Leadership, and Graduate Diploma in Radio programs.

7:00pm | Alumni Panel
Representatives of the first graduating class of the redesigned Masters of Arts Screen course will talk about their experience studying at AFTRS and beyond. Featuring:

• Melissa Lee Speyer (Screenwriting 2019 Graduate)
• Oliver Miller (Screen Music 2019 Graduate)

Radio Studios

Following the Radio presentation in the theatre, visit the state-of the-art AFTRS radio studios, meet the radio team and learn about the course in more detail.

Guided tour of AFTRS world-class facilities, including studios, editing suites and the designated Masters Space.

Check out the collection of Australia’s leading screen arts and broadcasting library, view a showcase of films from our alumni and listen to podcasts produced by radio students.
