Wednesday afternoons 4 -5.30pm
Term 1: Feb 4th - March 24th (8 weeks)
In term one of after school sewing lessons, your child will have 8 fun lessons to learn sewing from the very beginning or build up their existing sewing skills by sewing crafty projects like softies, book bags and pencil cases. They will then move on to making one or two pieces of simple clothing.
The maximum number of students is five so each student will get personalised instructions and plenty of time to practise on the sewing machines supplied.
About your instructor
Neroli aka “Dandy N” is a very experienced seamstress specialising in sampling, custom projects, production, and workshops. She is from the “other side of the river” and brings all those funky cool ideas with her. Neroli is passionate about ethical production and sustainable practices.
Please note, due to limited spaces missed classes are not transferable or refundable.
Skill level required
This course is designed for the absolute beginner through to advanced sewer from 10-15 years old.
What to bring.
All sewing machines are provided however please feel free to bring your own machine if you prefer.
