Afro Step™️ combines the best of high intensity interval training (HIIT), step aerobics and traditional African dance into an awesome calorie-burning and super fun workout - join us and let the rhythm move you!
All fitness levels are welcome!
Tone up & get strong with Afro Step™️ and booty bands!
* Please wear comfortable fitness gear & bring a bottle of water ;)
** If your class is cancelled by us for any reason, you will be notified 24hrs prior and will receive a credit to use at a later date.
