The Australian Foundation for Disability is opening our first Day Program Hub in Holden Hill. Afford is now servicing South Australia and we couldn't think of a better way to introduce everyone to what services Afford offers than with an Open Day at our first Hub.

The Holden Hill site will be open from 11am for anyone to come down and check out the site.
