Thu. 15 June 2017, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm AEST
Don’t miss the opportunity to hear directly from Commissioner Spencer from Fair Work Commission (FWC).
In response to client demand, this course has been developed to provide participants with the skills necessary to confidently and competently appear in the FWC on non-complex matters.
Participants will also attend the FWC for an address from Commissioner Spencer on the expectations of people who appear in the FWC and particularly people who are not professional advocates. This course is informative and essential for anyone who may be required to attend Fair Work Commission.
At the end of this training session, participants will be able to:
Confidently make an appearance in the Commission
Operate within the Commission’s processes
Understand how to present information
Be aware of the jurisdiction for different matters
