3 hour Zoom workshop with an accredited trainer.

This session will learn how to:

• Use formatting such as section breaks
• use track changes
• create master & sub-documents
• create & insert footnotes
• create & use styles & templates
• create Table of Contents & Index pages
• view & compare two documents side by side
• use form fields
• protect your document
• create & use macros & assign a macro as a toolbar button
• customise the Quick Access toolbar
• customise Word via the Word 'Options' settings

Venue: your own location (participants will require a headset with microphone & two screens, or a combination of devices that will enable use of Zoom & Excel simultaneously)

Prerequisites : Participants must be familiar with using computer programs, & have some understanding of document layout.

Fees & Payment Options

Cost Centre Payment (Melbourne Health Staff only)- $200 excl. GST

• Cost Centre payments: A valid campus code & cost centre must be provided at time of registration. Your nominated cost centre will be charged at the close of registration.

Credit Card Payment - $215 (Includes booking fee . Does not include GST ). Hospital staff may be entitled to a reimbursement. Check with your supervisor or Finance department.

Cancellations/Refunds Policy:

Cost Centre Cancellations: Less than 7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the course fee is charged unless we fill your place.

Course transfers are not available. Course attendance can be transferred to another individual from the same cost centre provided we are informed ahead of the workshop.

Credit Card Cancellations & Refunds: Up to7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the workshop fee will be refunded, less Eventbrite booking fees.

Less than7 days prior to the workshop date - no refund unless we fill your place with another applicant.

Melbourne Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops without notice. In the event of a workshop cancellation, a full refund (less Eventbrite fees) will apply.
