Thu, Nov 23, 2017, 8:30 AM – Sat, Nov 25, 2017, 6:00 PM AEDT
Mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes and is now used around Australia in most courts and tribunals.
Part B of this interactive workshop has been developed to meet the National Mediation Accreditation Standards (NMAS) and provides participants with essential negotiation, mediation and communication skills. The final day of the workshop is dedicated to the evaluation of a mediation role play, a critical element towards accreditation. This is suitable for all professionals who have already completed Advanced Mediation Skills & Theory Part A and are interested in practicing their learning with a view to becoming accredited under the NMAS.
Practice the theory you have learnt by mediating and participating in a range of conflict scenarios.
Be provided with individual feedback on style and overall performance by highly qualified NMAS accredited practitioners.
Practice working with the mediation model
Participants who successfully complete the both parts A & B of the workshop program, and are successful in evaluation will be eligible to apply for accreditation as mediators under the NMAS via an eligible accreditation body. Haven't done Part A? Enrol now!
