Course Details

  • 6 x 90 minute sessions
  • 2 x 30 minute training sessions separated by 1 x 30 minute discussion and breakout session
  • Hosted on MS Teams. You do not need an MS Teams account to join the meeting, you can join as a guest
  • You will be emailed the link and materials two days before the session
  • If you miss the session or need to leave before the end we will send you a link to the video of the training which will be accessible for 2 weeks (on request)
  • $89 per session
  • Fortnightly on Thursdays at 10:00am (AEST)

Session 1 – Developing your Emotional Intelligence – Thursday 10th March 2022

  • Being aware of the components of each of the EI’s
  • Understanding how to develop self-awareness and self-management

  • Journaling the use of an emotional intelligence

Session 2 – Improving your thinking skills – Thursday 24th March 2022

  • Understanding the attributes of critical thinking
  • Learn 9 tools for problem solving
  • Understanding all of your objectives – what to achieve, preserve, avoid and eliminate
  • Drawing your problems – drill downs, cause and effect diagrams and concepts fans
  • How to look out for biases and disconnects
  • How to do a force field analysis

  • Getting started with systems diagrams

Session 3 – Developing Strategy – Thursday 7th April 2022
