Advanced: Espresso course is for the Barista who wants to expand their knowledge and dive deeper into the science behind espresso extractions
Recommended Experience:
Essentials: Espresso or I already set up my machine using scales, recipes and to taste
Learn to adjust espresso extractions using a combination of refractometer measurements and sensory analysis to get the tastiest shot of espresso
Learning outcomes include
- Tasting and analysing coffee
- Espresso Brew parameters
- Dial in a coffee
Duration: 3hours – 70% hands on
Class size: 8 people
The session is held at the Grinders Coffee training centre located at 204 Norton Street in Leichhardt.
