Event description

Description

Please join us for this FREE one-day training that will provide you with the confidence and ability to take your Digital Technologies course to the next level for you and your students. This training is open to librarians and teachers across all sectors. By the end of this training, you will be ready to teach text-based coding and several hardware technologies to your students.

The day will consist of project-based learning with a focus on the Python programming language. We will also take the time to work on projects that help us make the transition from a block coding language (like Scratch) and into Python.

If you are unsure if your skills/experience are appropriate for attending this course please email tom@codeclubau.org with questions.

Please register just for yourself (do not register on behalf of others) and encourage colleagues to register independently. There is a limit of two teachers per school for this free event. In the case of unexpected absence, all registering teachers are asked to nominate an alternate attendee. Contact us anytime with questions!

As part of the registration process, you are asked to email through, or bring a Letter of Nomination from your Principal or Line Manager.
