This masterclass is specifically for board-approved supervisors in Australia. How is this workshop offered by SPOT different from other masterclass supervision workshops?

As this workshop is mandatory for supervisors every five years, we will provide updates on the PBS guidelines competency requirements so that you will be up to speed.

...And we are not going to stop there! We figured that you'd invest one day's worth of your time, we are going to over deliver!

We will be taking you beyond by introducing the pragmatics of using a client outcomes approach, coupled with the recent global development of applying the key tenents of deliberate practice in our profession. (see one of our trainers peer-reviewed publications on the topic of routine outcomes monitoring and deliberate practice)
