For adults relatively new to riding a bike or those who want to work on basic bike skills.

About this event

This workshop is for those who can ride a bike but wish to improve their confidence and control skills. In this session, you will learn bicycle basics that build your skills and help you gain the confidence to navigate local parks and bike paths. Areas covered include starting, braking, riding one-handed, scanning back, signalling, dealing with obstructions and using gears effectively. This workshop will take place off-road in a traffic-free area.

This workshop is designed for intermediate riders aged 18 and over.

Maximum participants is 10 people per session. You will require a bike and helmet. Please add your mobile phone number for registration for updates on location and changes due to wet weather/unforeseen circumstances.
