Adopting the new International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI)
Australian thickened fluids and texture modified diet standards are changing from May 1st 2019. This practical workshop aims to empower kitchen, catering and clinical teams to understand dysphagia and the new standards and implement the new dysphagia diet standards in their workplace.
