Event description
The effects of restoring creeklines on your farm: for farm health, native fish, and broader biodiversity

About this Event

oin Sustainable Farms (and our partner Riverina LLS) for this field day as part of our 2019 Summer Series.

This family friendly field day will focus on works you can implement to restore creeklines on your property. Our hosts are Paul and Rachel Graham, who have had great success improving the environment and natural assets on their property 'Bongongo'. Come along to hear from Paul Graham about his experience of implementing these works, and to learn more about what you can do for your farm's creeklines.

Come to learn and chat, and stay for a free BBQ dinner. There will be a kids program, so bring them along too.

Speakers include Paul Graham of Bongongo, Cherie White from LLS (the Coordinator of the Adjungbilly Creek Catchment Endangered Species Restoration & Recovery Project), Luke Pearce (Fisheries Officer, Department of Primary Industries), Dave Hunter (frog specialist, Office of Environment and Heritage) and senior ecologist Mason Crane from Sustainable Farms.
