Event description

Description

THIS HIGHLY INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP is a perfect opportunity for you and select members of your executive team to look at your organization from a lifecycle perspective and understand which problems are normal and abnormal.

THIS WORKSHOP IS TAILORED for CEOs, Board Members, and C-level Executives of any Private or Public Organization experiencing change or growing pains. We provide a safe space for you to share and learn among peers at your leadership level.

AT THE FOUNDATION of the Adizes methodology is the principle that as an enterprise grows and ages it progresses through a series of ten predictable stages known as the Organizational Lifecycle.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS WORKSHOP is to provide you with powerful tools and practical guidance on how to accelerate your organization’s journey to PRIME, and then how to stay there.

IN ORDER TO STAY IN PRIME, we tactically help participants to create a culture of mutual trust and respect that minimizes an internal waste of energy while allowing the company more energy to capture success externally in the marketplace.

BROADLY the workshop will cover areas such as;

  • An understanding of the Corporate Lifecycle and the normal vs abnormal problems and each stage and what you can do to get to “Prime”.

  • How to build an organisational culture Mutual Trust and Respect that focuses all energy to solving problems and capitalising on opportunities.

  • How to create a culture of effective decision making (tools and process).

  • How to create a culture of successful implementation (tools and process).

  • How to build great teams.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided.
