Join us on Wednesday 10 March for an exciting and informative networking breakfast to celebrate the launch of the Active School Travel (AST) Program for 2021.
This event seeks to welcome your school into this year’s program and recognise the significant positive impact participation will have on your students, their families, the community, and the environment.
We are offering an opportunity to connect with fellow principals and committee members of participating schools and meet the Active School Travel Team who will be supporting you over the next three years.
The morning will include:
• a comprehensive program including the Deputy Mayor, Director of Transport and Infrastructure, Active school Travel Team and program partners.
• the opportunity to engage with a Q&A panel of program alumni schools.
• inspiring guest speaker, Stephen Hodge, Director – National Advocacy at We Ride Australia. Stephen is one is Australia's most respected advocates for bicycle riding and active transport. He has spent the last 15 years committed to making Australia a better place for all Australians who want to ride, but especially our children.
