Join Injury Matters for the "Active Ageing and Reducing Falls in your Community for Local Governments" webinar to hear about case studies from local governments who have successfully developed projects which combat falls in older adults.

This Stay on Your Feet® webinar aims to:

  • Increase understanding of the prevalence of falls in the community.

  • Increase understanding of the risk factors for falls.

  • Increase knowledge of strategies implemented by Local Government to promote falls prevention and encourage active ageing (community engagement with older adults, promoting active ageing, eliminating barriers to improve health and reduce risk of falls).

  • Increase knowledge of strategies used to link falls prevention to LG Age Friendly plans.
