A Vision for Grassland Management & Restoration - Recent Achievements & Next Steps

Field Trip: Thursday 25 October 2018

Building on from our previous grasslands forum, Kosciuszko to Coast, Friends of Grasslands, Ginninderra Catchment Group and the ACT Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate invite you to a "A vision for Grassland Management & Restoration" to explore recent achievements and next steps in the understanding, management and restoration of our Natural Temperate Grasslands.

The event is aimed at land managers, policy makers, researchers, volunteers, NGO’s and anyone with an interest in grasslands.

The event is free, includes lunch and morning and afternoon tea, and open to the general public but participants will need to register. Please email Geoff or Maree if you have any dietary requirements.

Day 1 is at Gold Creek Station, on Victoria Street in Hall.

Day 2 is a multi-site field trip. Bus pick up and drop from the National Rock Garden, Yarramundi where there is all day parking available. Please bring your own water for the day and wear appropriate clothing for visiting the field.
